Onda Mare Yacht Management is a dynamic, skilled and operationally experienced ISM and ISPS management company.

We provide a boutique and more importantly -relevant- ISM and ISPS compliance, based on years of combined operational experience on a wide range of Vessels in the Maritime Industry.

Our team has excellent depth and ability to advise and assist in shaping your vessels ISM/ISPS compliance and procedures. Without being overly burdensome to Crew and Captains.

Our Team

Managing Director – Master Mariner with over 19 years Industry   experience.  Vast New build and Operational experience as Captain on Large SuperYachts.

DPA/CSO – Master Mariner with 16 years Industry experience. Operational Captain.

Technical Superintendent – Chief Engineer with 18 years Industry experience. New Build, Operational and Project management expertise.

Compliance Officer – 12 years Industry experience, Commercial and Yacht background with recent Operational experience. Covers DPA role when required.

What We Provide

OMYM, as designated ISM/ISPS managers, are using an approved web platform, administered in-house, and developed by Manage My Vessel (MMV).

The system aims to foster a robust safety culture on board and enable Company oversight.

The DPA, Compliance manager and Technical Superintendent will support the Vessel in the implementation of the SMS and maintaining oversight of compliance.

The SMS Manual remains the primary reference material for Company policies, templates and procedures.

The development of Ship specific procedures and routines is a key area of expertise and something all of our team is passionate about.
